DesignList 1CallantsDuinzicht is a modern and attractively furnished 4-person apartment and gives you the feeling of being away from it all. The aim was to bring the beach feeling back to the apartment. The apartment has a modern living room (TV, GoogleHome), extensive kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher), spacious rain shower with toilet, two bedrooms and a balcony with a view of the dunes and located on the southwest. The complex has its own closed parking space, of which one parking space has been reserved for CallantsDuinzicht. There is also a covered bicycle shed. The complex also has a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

ProspectOn the balcony you can enjoy the view of the dunes with the sound of the sea in the background. Due to the favorable sun position, it is pleasant here on the summer evening for a long time and you can see the sun disappear behind the dunes. Here too we have brought the beach feeling to the balcony as much as possible. Due to the flexible garden furniture, you can easily use the balcony as you wish during your stay.

SurroundingsA stone's throw away you are in the center of Callantsoog. All necessary amenities can be found in the village, namely; baker, AH, Blokker. You can also enjoy yourself on one of the many terraces of the village. The area is also known for its flower bulb fields. These bloom in the spring. Callantsoog is centrally located between Den Helder and Alkmaar. But the dunes of Schoorl and the art village of Bergen are also nearby. If you want to experience the island feeling, the boat trip from Den Helder to Texel is easily made.
